Incoming goods & warehousing

Unloading pallets from the delivering vehicle, only by forklift or high-lift truck

External visual inspection means checking for obvious external damage. It is not possible to check for hidden damage during unloading.

The returned packages are delivered to AIC by a shipping service provider.
After the return has been accepted, the package is opened, identified and, unless otherwise agreed, the returned items are stored ready for sale.
However, if processing is required, such as repackaging or quality control, this must be discussed and agreed individually with us.
The costs of returning customer packages will be charged further.
It is recommended to provide the customer with an order number or a delivery note during the return process, for example, to make it easier and faster to process returns.

Basically, we try to store goods sorted by type on shelving and pallet racks.
Shelf shelves are always filled with articles by type. Limit the dimensions of a space to 60x40x30cm.
If there are more items in a product and not all of them go into shelves, they are stored in a pallet space.
The maximum height for storage is 140 cm including pallet. Delivery with higher dimensions is possible, but will be rebuilt at the incoming goods. As a result, 2 pallets would be created from a 240 cm delivered pallet and stored.
A pallet can hold a maximum of 4 different product variants. If there is not enough quantity for a single-type pallet, it is possible to use this space with another product.
The rent is billed monthly at the highest level.
